I showed Cori this photo of her Mama when she was a baby.

She asked, “Why is she dressed like a boy?”
I didn’t see it, so I asked her what she meant. “Blue!”
Cori’s four years old.
It’s just a way that we teach our kids to distinguish between sexes, and I’m not saying it’s a bad thing. Sometimes you can’t tell the sex of a baby, and those Mamas get MAD 😡 when you mess it up.
But girls can wear blue and boys can wear pink.
Short of a tattoo on their foreheads, I don’t know what else we can do.
